Receptor and Consequence
This event was associated with coastal flooding in Arbroath and Macduff. It was reported that Macduff harbour was flooded and a high tide ‘swept away part of the battery and the greater portion of ballast hill and new stone harbour’ in Arbroath (Hickey, 1997).
