This event was associated high tide combined with high wind led to flooding (Hickey, 1997).

Receptor and Consequence
There was flooding in Inverness causing the houses in Bank Street and Douglas Row submerged in nine to ten inches depth of water (Hickey, 1997). Coastal flooding was also reported in London, Fenland, and Hull (Zong and Tooley, 2003).
