Receptor and Consequence
The marshland in Hythe was partially inundated to ‘several inches’ during this event along with the High Street (Ruocco et al., 2011). Flooding also occurred in the lower areas of Cowes, Isle of Wight. Esplanade Road in Weymouth also underwater (Burrows, 2017).
